Bilingual Field HR Specialist (Confidential Search | Full-Time | Broward/Miami-Dade Counties) Vaco/Highspring is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading regional employer. Full client details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only. We are seeking a Bilingual Field HR Specialist to join a performance-driven organization that is committed to enhancing the employee journey and strengthening workforce retention. This role is ideal for an early-career HR or talent professional with practical, hands-on experience supporting employee programs, onboarding, or field operations. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Broward County, Florida , with regular travel to locations in Miami-Dade County and occasional travel to Southwest Florida. Immediate availability is required. Field-Based Opportunity Approximately 50% local travel is required across Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Occasional travel to Southwest Florida may be needed. Candidates must be local to South Florida with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. About the Role The Bilingual Field HR Specialist serves as a key connection between newly hired employees and operational leadership, ensuring every team member receives a welcoming, supportive, and values-driven start. In partnership with HR, Talent Acquisition, and site leadership teams, you’ll drive onboarding excellence, support early tenure engagement initiatives, and foster a sense of belonging across the workforce. This is an exciting, high-visibility launchpad for someone who thrives on human connection, logistics, and making a meaningful impact on employee success. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, engagement, and early retention efforts across multiple field locations. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless hire-to-start transitions. Conduct stay interviews and pulse surveys to identify opportunities for improving employee experience. Coordinate and support virtual and onsite employee events that foster connection, inclusion, and recognition. Assist in the facilitation of new hire orientations and early-career DEI initiatives. Track new hire retention data and engagement KPIs to inform workforce strategies. Maintain documentation and tools that enhance onboarding and internal communications. Support field leadership in deploying training content and engagement campaigns. Candidate Profile We’re looking for someone who is: Fluent in English and Spanish. Personable, energetic, and passionate about helping others succeed. Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage time across multiple sites. Comfortable working independently while collaborating across HR, talent acquisition, and operations teams. Technically proficient (Microsoft Office required; Workday or similar HRIS experience a plus). Familiarity with social media or digital communications platforms is a bonus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field). 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, or a closely related field is strongly preferred . Recent graduates will be considered if they have completed meaningful HR internship, co-op, or field-based experience during their studies.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

Up to $55,000 annually
