This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems such as iCIMS, Dayforce, and Oracle. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring that our HR practices align with organizational goals. Duties Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews using platforms like iCIMS and Lever. Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits administration. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Dayforce and Oracle, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, engagement, and turnover to inform HR strategies. Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure compliance across all HR practices. Collaborate with management to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and career development. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and best practices. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as iCIMS, Dayforce, Oracle, or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Understanding of benefits administration and employment labor laws is essential. Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting purposes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
