POSITION OVERVIEW 1/ST

is seeking an HR Generalist to support and enhance our day-to-day HR operations by providing expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; coordinate onboarding processes and new hire orientation.

Employee Relations:

Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive working environment.

Benefits Administration:

Support benefits enrollment, respond to employee inquiries, and liaise with benefits providers as needed.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain employee records systems accurately.

Performance Management:

Assist with the performance review process, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.

Policy & Procedure Implementation:

Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development:

Help develop and coordinate training sessions, track employee development programs, and maintain training records.

HR Reporting:

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of HR experience preferred. Knowledge of HR laws and best practices. Experience with HRIS systems (preference given to ADP). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
