The specialist is responsible for providing owner options to resolve past due accounts. The specialist will contact customers, provide options, resolve issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Options are dependent upon individual scenarios and include the preparation and processing of all paperwork when Modifications or Pay-Offs are offered. No cold calls. Manage in-house accounts, contact to customer by phone, mail and email.

Salary:

$40k base to start plus bonus. After 90 days base pay will increase to equal $50k base.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicates with customers to discuss options within Equity, as needed. Prepares and processes Modification options, including all necessary paperwork, to update owner accounts accordingly. Prepares and processes Pay-Off options, including all necessary paperwork, to update owner accounts accordingly. Prepares all necessary paperwork, to update owner accounts accordingly. Reviews owner files; printing Purchase and Sale Agreement, Credit Application and/or unit week information. Ability to analyze contract documentation following organizational protocols to meet business goals. Ability to read, write, properly present information and respond to questions. Effectively communicate and interact with others through the use of personal contact and by telephone. Ability to solve practical problems.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or higher level of education and some experience in a financial field is good. A background in investment banking or financial services is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to clients.
