Full Job Description Job Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & HR Coordinator to support our growing team and help streamline daily workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative, HR, and operational responsibilities in a fast-moving environment. This opportunity gives you a chance to grow with us. As the company scales, you’ll be a part of the decision-making process, helping shape decisions, improve systems, and directly influence how we operate day to day.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping Coordinate payroll, benefits, and time-off requests in collaboration with leadership Track employee performance and maintain internal calendars and communications Maintain and improve internal standard operating procedures for warehouse, office, and online sales operations Manage subscriptions, vendors, and operational tools Assist with inventory-related admin tasks and ensure documentation is organized Proactively identify ways to improve internal processes and team efficiency

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in operations, HR, or office management Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, QuickBooks, etc Knowledge of HR best practices and basic compliance (bonus: familiarity with Florida labor laws) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining confidentiality.
