Responsible for recruiting, employer branding, networking, sustaining operational excellence, strategy development, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for the recruitment and selection efforts of registered dietitians including posting positions, developing advertising/marketing strategies for open positions, leading HR social media recruiting efforts, developing interview questionnaires, screening applicants, participating in interviews, schedule interviews and job offers. Represent NutraCo in a positive customer-focused manner while maintaining and providing timely follow-up/status of recruiting updates to clients. Responsible for continuous improvement and evaluation of policies and procedures related to recruitment, selection, and onboarding to ensure practices facilitate the placement of high-quality candidates and a superior candidate experience. Compiles and shares weekly vacancy reports on posted positions with HR and Operations. Update and make notes on all candidates and requisitions appropriately in the company ATS. Update and maintain various department records, charts, reports, claims, and files, as applicable to the assigned department. Identifies recruitment issues and assists in developing strategies to address them prior to the issue becoming critical. Works collaboratively with the HR team with onboarding of new employees. Research and develop new talent pipelines and establish relationships with colleges and universities. Attend and coordinate virtual and/or in-person job fairs, classroom visits, mock interviews, and other recruitment sessions. As requested, coordinates, organizes, and participates in Human Resource Department projects, workflows, and procedures. The incumbent helps identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establishes interviewing criteria, and actively researches new sourcing ideas and methods to build creative sourcing strategies Liaison of recruiting with our Clinical team and client services ensuring satisfaction through implementation of new accounts/staffing. Coordination of calls among recruiting and new clients and prospective candidates to produce a smoother workflow. Build strong relationships and collaborate with clinical directors to understand their unique hiring needs and goals. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

(Preferred) BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in recruiting for hard to fill niche positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates Minimum of 3-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruiting software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring goals and deadlines effectively Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience with employer branding, candidate outreach, and relationship-building

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer. Occasional walking, lifting and standing during meetings, interviews, or to collaborate with team members. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prolonged use of a computer or phone for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting virtual meetings. Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

INDEVIDUAL METRICS REQUIREMENTS

Each recruiter working at NutraCo is required to have a minimum of 5 employee starts per month the goal is an average of 10 start per recruiter per month. To be counted toward the monthly metric requirement, the new hire has a start date during that month and actually begins working. Rescinded acceptances are not counted toward this metric.
