Staffing Coordinator in Call Center (6AM

• 2:30PM) ChildCare Careers 6100 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, FL 33024 We are seeking a Placement Coordinator for our office in Hollywood, FL. This is a full-time entry level customer service position, in a call center environment. 40 hours per week . Work hours are 6:00AM
• 2:30PM , Monday through Friday. Applicants must be able to start immediately. This is NOT a remote position. Job Description Duties include but are not limited to:
• Filling substitute teacher requests by taking school orders and identifying matching teachers in the employee pool
• Calling clients to build relationships and to stimulate demand
• Entering and maintaining client records, staff records, and job orders
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration tasks Desired Qualifications / Skills
• AA Degree or higher
• Previous customer service experience required, experience in a call center is a big plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
