About the Job As the Talent Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the Employee Engagement function while contributing to key Talent Development and Acquisition initiatives. You’ll be the hands-on force behind seamless program execution, logistics, communication, and coordination, helping to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational success. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, culture, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Employee Engagement Support Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide employee engagement events, initiatives, and recognition programs. Coordinate logistics for engagement activities. Track participation and feedback to help evaluate program impact. Maintain calendars, project trackers, and dashboards to support engagement project management. Fulfill MedPro Experience Gifts. Talent Development Support Provide administrative and coordination support for training and development programs. Assist with preparing materials and tracking attendance. Talent Acquisition Support Assist with onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires feel welcomed and connected. Maintain accurate documentation and help manage talent systems and platforms. Other Duties as Assigned Provide ad hoc support across the broader Talent team as needed, ensuring flexibility and collaboration. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; previous HR, administrative, or coordination experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn and use new tools and systems quickly. Compensation $20/Hour plus 10% Annual Bonus. Weekly Pay. Weekly Company-Wide Raffles based on production.
