The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business consulting and strategic planning, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions. As an ERP Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of the Work Force Management and Telestaff system. This includes designing, executing, and documenting test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development and business teams to improve system performance. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, implement ERP systems, and drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Primary Job Duties and Tasks Lead, mentor, and manages a team of selected testing group (Timekeepers, managers/supervisors, end users, super users), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Work Force Management and Telestaff modules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives. Build test cases, test scripts, and gather test data, ensuring thorough testing of all Work Force Management and Telestaff functionalities, including functional, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing. Work closely with business analysts, the senior project manager, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business needs. Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely communication of issues and status updates to stakeholders and the senior project manager. Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing methodologies and tools, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Metrics:
Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to senior project manager and project team. Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members and stakeholders on testing processes, tools, and Work Force Management and Telestaff functionalities. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. Proven experience in managing complex testing projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with testing tools and automation solutions. Required Education or Experience Bachelor’s degree in function represented in the business or equivalent work experience.
