Job Description

HR Generalist Confidential Ave Maria, FL 34142 We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR projects. You’ll play a key role in helping us maintain a positive and productive work environment as we grow. Key Responsibilities Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs Support the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions Maintain and update employee records and personnel files to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Assist with employee relations issues, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions Process biweekly payroll in ADP Support training and development initiatives across departments Help manage HR compliance including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and labor law requirements Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements, including employee engagement programs and culture-building efforts Prepare HR reports and dashboards as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years of HR generalist experience; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize Experience with HRIS systems (ADP is preferred).
