Key Responsibilities:

Staffing Coordination:

Manage daily and weekly staff scheduling for the facility to ensure appropriate coverage, and coordinate with department heads on staffing needs. Process shift changes, cover requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Central Supply Management:

Oversee inventory of essential medical and office supplies, order and restock materials, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with vendors for timely and cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in staffing or scheduling, ideally in a healthcare or skilled nursing environment. Familiarity with inventory management; experience in central supply roles is a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
