Brief Job Description The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida has an opening for a Team Resource Specialist to join our dynamic team. The candidate will work under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. The candidate must have the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment, build superior internal and external relationships, and assist a high-performance team to achieve objectives. Candidates must have the ability to secure confidential information with utmost care and diligence. The position requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Requirements:
The Person We Are Looking for Will Assist the Director of Human Resources with managing many aspects of human resources-related functions, including teammate relations, benefits, incentives, and team engagement events. Coordinate new teammate onboarding and orientation with department managers. Assist with the recruitment process (including H2B international program) and,pre-hiring screenings. Coordinate with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals. Assist with timesheet and incentive auditing, and benefit enrollments. Update teammate content in the HRIS and other team platforms. Deliver administrative support to the HR department. Have Fun! What We Would Like You to Have Associate degree preferred, not required. High-school diploma required. One (1) year of experience in human resources or a related position is preferred. Willingness to pursue human resources training and certification, if applicable Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products Able to work well within a high-performance team environment. Detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally. Must have a valid driver’s license.
