The work this job supports are for new health care products inpreparation of
Health Care Reform:
- Interface with executives and key business people from aninsurance company and other third party vendors. (This positiondoes not require travel; all communications with individualsoutside of Jacksonville are by phone or email.)
- Effectively facilitate and manage conference calls and meetingswith executives and key business people who have differentperspectives, work styles and opinions with the goal of bringingthem together to work issues, finalize recommendations, and/or makedecisions.
- Collect and prioritize agenda items, sometimes requiringsignificant research to provide background and work issues beforemeetings.
- Speak in front of people portraying a professional, knowledgeabledemeanor that conveys confidence to resolve issues and achieveresults.
- Record detailed meeting notes and manage action items tocompletion; conducting follow up and interfacing with manyindividuals to bring open items and issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with staff to plan and execute projects as needed,with a willingness to take on jobs large and small
