The right candidate will have a background in human resources and strong communication skills. The day-to-day duties include reviewing job applicants, scheduling interviews and onboarding.

Audits contracts, orders, and vouchers and prepares reports Reconciles daily revenue and income audits Assists with Month-end inventories Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions Review job applicants and schedule interviews for open hourly positions Prepare/file all hiring and termination paperwork including COBRA letters Maintain records for vacations and sick-day eligibility Ensures all departments are in full compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws of Human Resources, Employment Wages/Hours, Occupational Health & safety, ADAAA, MSDS, and any additional laws applicable.
