Jacksonville, FL Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Assist in the resolution of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, coaching, and corrective action documentation. Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with internal procedures. Implement and track employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Participate in audits, file maintenance, and record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information. Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, changes, and employee education. Partner with Safety, Payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate and aligned communication across HR functions. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR data. Coordinate and help facilitate training and development initiatives. Track and support leave management (FMLA, ADA, personal leaves) in coordination with third-party administrators. Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization. Manage the probationary review process for new hires and coordinate milestone reviews. Plan and coordinate monthly and annual employee appreciation and recognition events.

Education and Experience:
