Job Summary
The HR Generalist is a key front facing member of the Human Resources Business Advisory team and plays a critical role in supporting various HR functions. The HRG supports the organization by supporting human resources programs or policies and providing basic HR support. They are responsible for supporting HR Business Advisory as well as other HR COEs to help create a positive and efficient work environment. Handles routine matters under close supervision. May perform some administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Education Note:
Will accept 5+ years of related work experience and High School diploma in lieu of degree.
