Human Resources Records Specialist Job Description We are seeking a contract HR Records Specialist to support our HR team in an I-9 audit project. This role involves organizing and collecting electronic files to ensure compliance for 450 employees and updating tracking sheets through Excel. This role is a 1-month project. Responsibilities Organize and collect electronic files related to employee records. Ensure i-9 forms are accurate and complete for all 450 employees. Update and maintain tracking sheets using Excel. Provide audit support and employment verification. Assist in onboarding processes and offer administrative support. Essential Skills Human resources experience. Experience performing I-9 audits is a huge plus Proficiency in scanning and clerical tasks. Knowledge of audit support and employment verification. Strong Excel skills. Attention to detail.
