HR Staffing Coordinator Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Staffing Coordinator to join our human resources team. The HR Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process, coordinating interviews, and assisting with new hire onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for helping to build and support a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and information. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Conduct pre-employment screenings, including background checks and reference checks, as needed. Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases. Assist with new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and collecting new hire paperwork. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining personnel files. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or staffing coordination roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and

HRIS/ATS

software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
