This is a hands-on role that supports core human resources functions with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The HR Generalist will play a key part in delivering a positive employee experience and ensuring efficient HR service delivery. This is a full-time, onsite position based in our downtown Jacksonville office.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:

Coordinate and conduct application reviews, phone screenings, and candidate communications for various open positions. Support the hiring process from requisition to offer.

Onboarding & Orientation:

Participate in and support bi-weekly new hire orientations and manage onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

HR Operations:

Support day-to-day HR administrative functions including maintaining accurate employee records, managing internal HR communications via SharePoint, and ensuring proper handling of confidential employee data.

Employee Support:

Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, onsite work environment. Why Join Us?
