Remedy Staffing is looking for a Part time Bilingual Human Resources Generalis t, to work at a Leading Manufacturing company in Jacksonville.
Shift:
9:00AM-3:00PM Monday-Friday 30 hours a week.
Pay:
$30/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a talented Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess a diverse skill set to support various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Assist in the administration of benefits programs and workers’ compensation claims Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and workforce planning Support performance management processes and training initiatives
Experience:
Bilingual in Spanish and English Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Workday, ADP, etc. Knowledge of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems Understanding of workers’ compensation procedures
