Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role Solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, training, and performance management strong documentation and reporting skills Preferred Education and Experience PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification Experience with professional networking and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Competencies strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop and evaluate onboarding and training plans Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to lead small training sessions and support learning initiatives Adaptability in a high-paced, multi-site work environment salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM – 5

BachelorsResponsibilitiesThe Corporate HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. This individual will assist with the implementation and administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and programs, while partnering with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and development initiatives. Support the development, implementation, and review of HR initiatives, policies, and systems. Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including attending job fairs and recruitment events. Source talent through online platforms, databases, and social networks. Conduct interviews, screening calls, assessments, and candidate selection. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including employer branding efforts. Maintain a strong candidate experience through well-organized, efficient hiring processes. Cultivate pipelines and build long-term relationships with candidates and previous applicants. Coordinate and track training and development programs. Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. Monitor compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
