SUMMARY:

Responsible for delivering accurate and efficient People Operations data management and administrative support to the People and Culture Team across multiple business lines. Ensures integrity and compliance of employee data within the HRIS and other systems, enabling data-driven decision-making and streamlined workforce administration under limited supervision.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date personnel records with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle data processes including onboarding, role changes, terminations, and personnel record updates within the HRIS.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to facilitate accurate personnel data management, reporting, and effective communication across the organization.
  • Review, audit, and reconcile employee data to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Leverage various PC software and HR tools to generate high-quality, insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations that support People Analytics and operational goals.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HRIS processes, data quality, and automation opportunities to enhance People Operations efficiency.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent required, supplemented by post-secondary coursework and relevant job-related training. A bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of experience providing administrative support within People Operations or a closely related area.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong computer skills are essential, with a focus on database management, and data entry accuracy. Experience with Oracle HCM and Power BI is preferred but not required.

  • Knowledgeable in applicable computer applications and fundamental computer functions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Hybrid work environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
