Position Description:
We are seeking an ambitious individual with extensive health plan knowledge to join our team! As a member of our benefits operations department, you will be responsible for handling the administration of all non-Prestige client plans.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process all aspect of renewals (June/November/January) Process and administer the installation of new plans Communicate with carriers and clients Collect and maintain plan documentation Audit plans Claims assistance Partner with Accounting to reconcile bill Benefit system set up for new plans Assist with Open enrollment: Prepare the system for every client renewal change (benefits and contributions) for Open Enrollment Update all benefit rules for every client and class for every benefit offered for individual client
Open Enrollment Education and Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree 3-5 years experience in the field of Employee Benefits Exceptional computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems Broker license preferred
Skills and Personal Qualifications:
