This dual role is responsible for handling a wide range of human resources functions while also managing day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires someone who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality. This is a Hybrid role and is required to be on-site, Tuesday and Thursday every week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HR
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR information in both BambooHR and Paycor Understand and interpret HR policies and procedures for US based employees Handle employee relations issues and concerns with discretion and professionalism Coordinate performance management processes and reviews Support our compliance team with reporting, annual attestations, tracking and reporting to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment and data privacy laws Assist with company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities. Initiate the annual employee survey and consolidate results Schedule and coordinate our monthly company updates and quarterly global town hall meetings – includes coordination with leaders for agenda creation and slide consolidation Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the HR email inbox in a timely and professional manner Coordinate performance management processes and reviews, generate completion reports and support managers and employees throughout the process Support payroll in coordination with the Finance department
Office Administration Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors and manage reception duties Order beverages, catering, and lunch arrangements for customer visits, and company events Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and supplies Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as needed Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in HR and/or office administration roles Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a private equity-owned company Previous experience in a dual HR/Office Management role Familiarity with payroll processing systems
