HR Specialist•$18/hr•Tampa, FL We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist, based in Tampa, FL, to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruiting process. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various roles across the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database). Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Candidate Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS tools. Experience with Microsoft Office Programs Experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., healthcare, tech, manufacturing]. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented during challenging or high-pressure situations Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Competence in using communication tools, spreadsheets, scheduling platforms, and reporting software Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Competence in using communication tools
