Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage open enrollment, educating employees on benefits options. Monitor and reconcile benefits-related transactions and ensure seamless administration. Policy & Compliance Management Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in alignment with employment laws. Maintain compliance with state and federal labor laws, including record-keeping, hiring, terminations, and employee relations. Serve as a resource to employees and leadership regarding workplace policies and legal obligations. Performance Management & Talent Development Support managers in setting clear, measurable performance goals and providing timely feedback. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Provide training and guidance to leaders on effective performance management practices. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a workplace culture that promotes collaboration, engagement, and employee well-being. Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace disputes. Implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Develop and post job descriptions, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews. Manage background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding processes. Required Qualifications & Experience Education & Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). SHRM-CP or PHR certification (required);
SHRM-SCP
preferred. Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). Experience Proven success in managing multiple HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. Experience leading, coaching, and supporting teams across various functions. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems, including PayCom and recruiting platforms like Indeed. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive decision-making. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a results-driven mindset. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
