We know our customers’ businesses intimately and deliver software to address their needs. The HR Business Partner – EU & Americas acts as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across the region. This role provides practical, forward-thinking HR guidance and supports the implementation of global and regional people strategies. Serving as a consultant and change agent, the HRBP advises on a broad range of HR matters including employee relations, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. This role also contributes to the development and execution of HR programs aligned with business needs. Serve as a trusted advisor to EU & Americas leaders, providing coaching and guidance on leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters in the region, providing guidance and resolution support to employees and managers while ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor laws. Drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives and programs across the region. Translate local compliance requirements into actionable HR strategies aligned with global priorities. Collaborate with HR and business leaders on the development, communication, and consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Partner with the Talent & Productivity team to identify training needs and support the delivery of development programs. Ensure consistent policy interpretation and application across the region; provide leaders with guidance on HR practices and procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements across EU & Americas; ensure HR practices are compliant. Act as a change champion, supporting leaders through organizational change and advising on strategies that drive employee engagement and sustainable results.

Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, ideally in a business partner or advisory role. Broad knowledge of HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, HR analytics, and employee engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
