Duties include but are not limited to: Provides assistance to Senior HR Specialists, management and employees on personnel mters and develops internal procedures to assist with this effort. Uses established resources and procedures to research various HR reled mters concerning performance evaluions, training, benefits, pay, leave, May serve as time and tendance (T&A) subject mter expert providing technical assistance to timekeepers regarding the operions of the timekeeping record system and the lest approved airport timekeeping system. As needed, investiges and resolves timekeeping problems associed with various and unreled types of issues. Provides administrive advice and assistance to the Federal Security Director (FSD)/ Assistant Federal Security Director (AFSD) and exercises knowledge and skill in applying HR methods, principles sufficient to advise on or resolve moderely complex problems which are typically precedent in nure. Works with HQ Human Capital staff (e.g., staffing, benefits, worker’s compension, management employee relions) to coordine and resolve employee issues involving service compution des, pay inquiries, step increases, creditable military service, leave etc. Recruitment and Placement. Advises management on recruitment stregies, sources and special programs, which emphasize affirmive action in staffing positions. Assists in developing short

Experience:
For those qualifying using experience, your applicion must clearly outline three (3) years of progressively responsible general experience, one year of which was equivalent to least the SV-E Pay Band or GS-4 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the prive sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience th has equipped you with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or reled to human resources work.
Such experience includes:
Knowledge of Human Resources procedures AND experience in least two of the following: timekeeping, labor relions, Human Resources informion systems, classificion or job analysis. OR B.

bachelor’s or higher-level degree in any field from an accredited college or university. OR C.
Combining of Educion and Experience:
Combinions of successfully completed post-high school educion and experience may be used to meet total qualificion requirements and may be computed by first determining the total qualifying experience as a percentage of the experience required for the position; then determining the educion as a percentage of the educion required for the position; and then adding the two percentages. The total percentages must equal least 100 percent to qualify for the position. Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hour workweek.
