Location:

Based in Bradenton, Sarasota or Tampa supporting HR functions for the organization. Your Role as a

People Services Generalist:

Serve as the central connection point for employees, fostering a positive workplace culture where team members feel valued and supported. Facilitate key human resources processes to ensure smooth operations across the organization. Administer employee health and welfare plans and act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers. Resolve benefits-related issues promptly and effectively. Assist management with conflict resolution by providing thoughtful solutions and guidance. Protect employee confidentiality by securely managing HR records and sensitive information. Contribute to the improvement of HR policies, processes, and practices through research, data analysis, and reporting on employee productivity.

Qualifications:

Work Schedule:
