Regional Human Resources Consultant – Skilled Nursing 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Tampa, FL We are hiring for a Regional Human Resources Consultant to join our skilled nursing team! The Regional Human Resource Consultant is responsible for advising regional and skilled nursing facility leadership in all HR and Labor Relations practices, to provide information to employees about regulations, policies & procedures and to provide general support. The Regional HR Consultant carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training and development, compensation, organizational development, employment, recruiting and labor management /relations. The expectation of the Regional HR Consultant will be hands on working closely with the facility Administrators and Business Office Assistants. This person must be able to travel throughout Florida locally and overnight as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent, preferred. Three to five years of professional experience and/or training.
