As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Specialist to support our HR operations and lead our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Draft and post engaging job descriptions across various job boards and platforms Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions including warehouse, sales, marketing, and admin roles Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams Conduct cold outreach and passive sourcing to attract talent, particularly for specialized roles Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Lever preferred) Support technical recruiting needs and identify candidates with specialized skills Assist with new hire onboarding, paperwork, and orientation Track recruiting metrics, generate reports, and maintain evaluation records Collaborate on succession planning and internal promotion initiatives Provide timely updates and communication throughout the hiring process Participate in employee review processes and general HR support as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources Experience with full-cycle recruiting; technical recruiting a plus Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Strong multitasking and time management abilities

Work Schedule & Environment:
