This role will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR operations in the U.S., supporting the full employee lifecycle while contributing to broader HR initiatives. The HR Generalist will report directly to the Associate Director of HR. Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR contact for U.S.-based employees, providing support across all HR disciplines including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management. Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S. roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offers/negotiations, and managing onboarding tasks, including document collection, orientation logistics, and system access setup. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS platforms. Support basic compliance tasks such as document audits, file maintenance, and government reporting coordination. Process and ensure accuracy of U.S. payroll and related statutory requirements in coordination with finance/payroll vendors. Support the implementation, communication, and ongoing administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Facilitate employee engagement efforts and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives for employee development and compliance. Assist with HR planning, budgeting, and reporting for U.S. operations. Partner with leadership and managers to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational growth strategies. Prepare HR-related reports, communications, and documentation as directed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of HR in support of department and organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Right to work in USA for any employer 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, with working knowledge of HR processes and interest in growing within the HR field. Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting. High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Workday experience preferred.
