Description:
We’re seeking a highly professional, bilingual HR Generalist II who can thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. This individual must be a fast learner, a self-starter, and a skilled multitasker ready to contribute meaningfully from day one. With the HR team entering a transitional phase, this role is pivotal—and urgency is key. You’ll be part of a mission-driven HR department where your attention to detail, people-first mindset, and strong operational skills will make a lasting impact. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience, a calm under pressure, and the ability to be both collaborative and independently effective.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as a strategic support partner in recruitment activities, acting as a primary backup to the Corporate Recruiter. Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires and coordinate across departments to ensure a high-quality employee experience. Maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Interpret and communicate HR policies, updating internal guides as necessary. Provide coaching and conflict resolution to promote a healthy work environment. Support the performance management process, including writing performance improvement plans and assisting with corrective actions. Monitor and implement changes to maintain compliance with employment laws. Support employee relations initiatives, offering professional, ethical, and proactive solutions. Coordinate personnel updates in HRIS and other systems. Deliver supervisor and employee training when required. Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of HR experience with demonstrated accomplishments and progression. Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom is a plus. Sound knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Professional demeanor, ethical standards, and commitment to confidentiality. Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Stable job history with positive, verifiable work references.
