Were currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to provide expert guidance and support in employee relations. In this critical role, you’ll partner with leaders and employees across our system to ensure a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Lead internal investigations into policy violations, including discrimination, harassment, and other workplace concerns. Monitor employment law developments and advise on necessary policy or procedural updates. Develop and deliver training to leaders on employee relations topics and HR compliance. Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend interventions that support retention and engagement. Build proactive partnerships with leadership to promote a culture of fairness, consistency, and accountability. Requirements Educational Requirements Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/ Preferred and/or Bachelor’s Science Required or Bachelor’s Arts Required Additional Requirements Candidates with PHR or SPHR certification with extensive HR/Employee Relations experience may be considered in lieu of BS or BA. Experience Requirements Minimum Years Required Area of Experience Required/ Preferred and/or 5 Years Human Resources Required Additional Requirements Must have a comprehensive understanding of human resources principles and practices, with special emphasis on employee/labor relations. Must have knowledge of federal and state employment laws. State of Florida Licensure Requirements Licenses Required/ Preferred and/or Not Required Certifications/Registration Requirements Certificates/Registrations Required/ Preferred and/or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Preferred or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) Preferred Other Requirements Must have excellent consultative, communication, presentation, critical thinking, facilitation, mediation, problem solving, conflict resolution, change management and interpersonal relationship skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
