Role:
As a Private Duty Home Health Recruiter , you’ll help identify and hire top-tier caregivers and healthcare professionals. This is an in-person role based in our Palm Harbor office. Whether you’re looking to start your career or expand into healthcare recruiting, this is a great place to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and post job ads on job boards and social media Review resumes and screen candidates Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews Assist with onboarding and documentation Maintain strong communication with applicants Organize hiring files in line with internal policies Build a pipeline of future caregiver candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
