Exempt Job Summary:
Designs and implements initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, foster a values-based culture, and enhance the overall employee experience. Partners closely with leadership to align engagement strategies with business goals, drive communication and recognition efforts, and use data to inform and evaluate outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience preferred. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. PHR/SPHR or
SHRM-CP/SCP
certification or obtain within 1 year of hire. Valid driver’s license to allow travel to local CHP locations on short notice.
