Days In Office Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Payroll Administration Employee Relations Benefits Support General HR Support Requirements:

Must have a minimum of two to five years of experience as an HR Generalist directly responsible for functions such as; recruiting, employee relations, benefits and payroll administration. (Preferably from a construction or manufacturing background) Experience with industrial and manufacturing recruiting is a plus. Strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, and a team-focused attitude. Positive and professional Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to maintain the company culture and represent the company’s values in all interactions.
