Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. As a key member of the company, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions while fostering a positive and flexible workplace culture. This position reports directly to the Controller and requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a one-person HR environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including 401K plans, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment efforts, including screening, onboarding, and drug testing processes.
- Organize and support employee appreciation events, quarterly town halls, and initiatives that reinforce company culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing training as necessary.
- Oversee annual performance reviews and compensation adjustments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting requirements to support organizational operations.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, recruitment processes, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employment law regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR software systems, such as Employee Navigator.
- Ability to work independently as a one-person HR team while maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
