Responsible for accurate and timely communications with candidates and new caregivers, reviews and addresses OneHR cases, and assists with applicant tracking system activities, maintaining system accuracy. Performs quality checks to ensure compliance for new hires. Tracks and reports on new caregiver status, focusing on HR appointment readiness.

Responsible for accurate and timely candidate and new caregiver communications. Reviews and appropriately addresses AskHR cases and referral programs. Tracks and reports timely on new caregiver status as it relates to HR appointment readiness and attendance, missing documents and clearance. Ensures new caregiver onboarding is complete by their start date. Provides support with miscellaneous projects and auditing requests as needed. Responsible for onboarding, training and coaching fellow caregivers. Other duties as assigned.

Demonstrates strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and possess strong customer service skills. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite. Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment. Must be detail-oriented and can work proactively and effectively while ensuring compliance. Displays professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Work Experience:

Minimum one year of customer service experience. Previous human resources experience is preferred. Experience with computers and Microsoft Office suite required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations. Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually. In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.
