Mission  DoorLoop is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to serve as the primary contact for new customers, with the primary objective to onboard and implement the DoorLoop system to meet the customer’s needs as well as the company’s. Responsibilities Primarily onboard new customers to implement the DoorLoop system with the goal of getting customers activated, engaged, and trained with the DoorLoop software. Achieve goals of consistently meeting and exceeding your individual monthly engagement/activation targets. Onboard and implement DoorLoop for multiple customers daily (up to eight 1-hour Zoom calls daily), and get them to go-live as quickly as possible. Be a DoorLoop expert to be able to provide training/guidance in any area of the system. Manage a pipeline of up to 120 customers to ensure each customer is progressing through the Implementation Process. Conduct a high volume of outbound customer phone calls (as well as texts and emails) per day to re-engage passive customers and ensure customers’ progression through various stages of the Implementation Process. Respond to incoming messages/calls from your pipeline of customers to ensure customers have answers to their inquiries and understand next steps. Collaborate internally with members of Customer Support, Data Entry, Customer Success, Sales, and Product to ensure a cohesive customer journey. Maintain excellent customer pipeline hygiene within Salesforce through best account management practices (regularly updated and detailed note taking). Provide basic troubleshooting to resolve issues that arise in Implementation. Willingness to be a team player and ability to progress from Customer Support to Implementation. Implementation Requirements:

Very technical and computer savvy with strong troubleshooting abilities.
