Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent management. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling Maintain employee records and update HR databases Support onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides Help coordinate training sessions and performance reviews Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
