The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting onboarding processes and ensuring accurate and compliant employee documentation. This position is essential in creating a seamless new hire experience and maintaining regulatory compliance through meticulous verification and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of the employee onboarding process, including offer letters, background checks, and new hire orientation. Verify employment eligibility documents (I-9s), certifications, and other required credentials to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and internal policies. Maintain and update employee files with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Serve as a point of contact for new hires regarding onboarding procedures and required documentation. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and smooth onboarding of new employees. Assist in scheduling interviews, sending employment communications, and tracking onboarding progress. Support other HR functions such as benefits administration, data entry, and HRIS maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, with direct involvement in onboarding and document verification. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including I-9 compliance and E-Verify, strongly preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday, or similar). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills with a service-oriented approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Types:
