What You’ll Do [main responsibilities]
Lead full-cycle recruitment: draft job specs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
Drive onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring seamless experiences and compliance.
Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and
ACA/HIPAA/EEO
compliance.
Counsel managers and employees on performance, development plans, and conflict resolution.
Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and training materials.
Champion company culture: plan engagement events, surveys, and recognition programs.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate people-analytics reports.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ HR Generalist or HR Manager experience in small to mid-sized organizations (10-200 employees).
Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Proven talent-acquisition skills: social sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
