HR Generalist Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

HR Generalist Kaito Consulting LLC Miami, FL 33172 A growing HVAC construction company in Miami is looking for a talented, bilingual HR Generalist to support a number of important strategic initiatives. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR practices, from recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, benefits administration, and terminations/offboarding. This role will be instrumental in the growth of the company’s HR department, and there is some latitude in how we define the role and its primary responsibilities. You will work closely with the head of HR and other members of the admin/HR team. Responsibilities Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process to attract top talent. Oversee employee evaluations and performance management processes. Help with workers’ compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records. Executive and coordinate HR projects and initiatives, contributing to strategic planning efforts. Prepare HR reports on key performance indicators to inform HR strategies and improve processes. Ensure adherence to employment labor laws and OSHA regulations. Provide support for employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment. Experience At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Certification in HR preferred. Proficiency in using HR software is a plus. Understanding of employment labor laws, OSHA standards, and best practices in data collection. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish Equal opportunity employer
