Job Description

Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join a large international company. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about people, process improvement, and growing within a dynamic and global environment. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting both employees and leadership by managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle functions, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create job postings + Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience + Coordinate background checks and contact references as part of the pre-employment process + Provide detailed information to applicants regarding job responsibilities, working conditions, benefits, and company policies + Assist with hiring and onboarding qualified candidates and facilitate smooth new hire orientation + Support HR initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal HR policies + Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR procedures and policies + Help maintain accurate employee records and documentation

Requirements Qualifications:
