We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources (HR) Specialist with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition . This role is essential in building a consistent pipeline of new hires while also shaping and supporting the internal HR framework of our company. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies across platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, headhunting services, and social media. Maintain a consistent bi-weekly recruitment pipeline to meet company staffing needs. Schedule, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and refine job descriptions. Track recruitment performance and contribute to onboarding improvements. Eligible for performance-based recruitment bonuses .
HR Operations:
Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns with professionalism and discretion. Support and develop internal HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Assist in building the HR department from the ground up, implementing best practices for company culture and compliance. Maintain and organize employee files and HR records. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition roles. Familiarity with job boards, headhunting tactics, and social recruiting tools. Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and employee relations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
