The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including performance management, employee orientation, and payroll processing. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. Manage performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews. Utilize HRIS systems, such as Kronos and SAP, to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR operations. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct HR sourcing activities to attract top talent using platforms like Lever and Ceridian. Provide guidance on human resources management best practices to employees and management. Assist in developing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Support employee relations initiatives by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. Proven experience in an HR generalist role with a strong understanding of HR functions. Familiarity with performance management systems and processes. Proficiency in using HRIS software, specifically Kronos, SAP, Lever, or Ceridian. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
