- 17250 Description SUMMARY Provide comprehensive Human Resources support to business unit in all areas of HR including employee relations, job descriptions, policy development and changes, affirmative action planning, Service Contract Act (SCA), organizational changes, talent acquisition and new program support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and administer training for managers and employees on HR programs (i.e. conducting performance reviews, talent acquisition process, etc.)
- Support business development team and operations team in identifying appropriate job titles, descriptions, pay grades and salaries for bids and programs
- Work with managers on organizational changes
- Identify process improvements
- Conduct full scale recruiting for the business unit
- Prepare reports and data for HR metrics, trends, and government reporting
- Investigate employee relations complaints
- Address employee questions and concerns on all aspects of HR (comp, benefits, career development, etc.)
- Prepare employee separation notices and required documentation, conduct exit interviews, prepare and analyze turnover data
- All other duties as assigned
