Description Are you a people-focused HR professional ready to make an impact in a global organization? We’re looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international company where you’ll support the HR function in driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of HR activities—from recruitment and onboarding to policy implementation and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Partner with managers to identify and fulfill current and future hiring needs + Interview candidates and assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit + Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings + Clearly communicate job expectations, working conditions, benefits, and responsibilities to candidates + Assist with hiring decisions and provide recommendations to hiring managers + Support and lead portions of the onboarding and orientation process for new hires + Maintain and update employee records in accordance with compliance standards + Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits + Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations

Requirements What We’re Looking For:

+ 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR support role + Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance standards + Proven experience with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities + Comfortable handling confidential information with integrity and discretion + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (experience with [insert system, if applicable]) + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team + A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
