Human Resources Generalist Decoscape 11150 NW 32nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33167 Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to oversee and execute a wide range of HR functions that support our organization’s growth and employee satisfaction. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings expertise in payroll reconciliation, benefits management, employee relations, culture development, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. Responsibilities Perform monthly payroll reconciliations and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. Maintain payroll records in compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. Implement and manage benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans. Evaluate current benefit offerings and recommend enhancements or consolidations for cost efficiency and employee satisfaction. Foster a positive work environment by mediating conflicts, providing guidance to employees and managers, and addressing workplace concerns. Collaborate on culture initiatives that align with organizational values, including DEI and employee engagement programs. Drive behavior and culture change initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Design and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Assess training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs. Support leadership and employee development through learning paths, workshops, and coaching sessions. Facilitate the performance review process and coach managers on setting and evaluating performance objectives. Work with leadership to design and implement performance improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and employee handbooks. Maintain accurate HR documentation and records. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) preferred. Experience 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or managerial capacity. Proven experience in payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software. Familiarity with implementing company-wide culture initiatives and training programs.
